Utterly baffled by what I just witnessed in this salon. This was the worst experience of getting my nails done in London. The way they welcomed me was non existent, I believe the staff hasn’t smiled since 1999. My nails were poorly done in 15min max, without any cuticles cut and barely shaped. The polish wasn’t applied properly and I also got a cut. I felt so uncomfortable in the salon that I just wanted it to end quickly.
