The place itself is really nice and the staff are absolutely lovely and welcoming. However, the LVL treatment wasn’t the best I’ve had. I’ve actually achieved better results doing LVLs myself. That said, this is just my personal experience — others may feel differently

My hair was cut with a men’s clipper to straighten it at the back which threw me, no cutting was done to soften it out. The salon is an old clothes shop, very dark and dinghy. The ladies were friendly though.
