My lashes were over processed. They look ugly and unnatural, and are curled so tightly that they are uncomfortable on my upper lids. I tried to contact the salon on Instagram and via email to get help in relaxing the treatment but I have had no response, and I'm aware that after 24hrs they will be more set in this shape. There was no consultation beforehand about my brows, anatomy or ideal outcome.
