Bikini line was awful with significant hair left. Technician paused to query prices whilst leaving hot wax on me which was unnecessary as could have been sorted easily before or after. Leg wax rushed and left many small hairs. Won’t be returning

Unfortunately the salon cancelled my booking less than 1 hour before I was due to have it. It was for an event that evening, so it really put me in a predicament. I couldn’t find anywhere else to get my hair done at such short notice. I understand that things happen, but I wasn’t offered any alternative stylists, alternative dates/times or even a small courtesy discount for rebooking which I would have done as I’m due a cut anyway. Would have been nice as I really like the salon otherwise.
