I am a recurring customer,and I strongly believe in this local business. However this time I found the floor of the treatment room dirty plenty of hairs , and not cleaned. I removed my shoes however I regret it. The treatment was quite fast less then 45 min and I was out, and it looked amazing. However after 1.5 hour some of the lashes went curly. So today I stopped by and talked to the technician who basically sort of “ blame “the type of lashes . Nothing else was tols nor offered. Disappoint
