I came for Hollywood waxing which was done was well by Irina but I also shared feedback on the previous day’s waxing which left me with hair left or broken. I was told that there was only 15 min for my waxing and that there was no time to fix the issue. I also had to ‘negotiate’ to have the full Hollywood done. I was given a 10% discount for the trouble of my waxing but this does not help the issue. When you spend 75 pounds, you’d expect a good service, not being ‘processed’ like in a factory.
Everyone is very friendly and I have been a regular since the place opened. But I have to say the service went down which is a pity. They have back-to-back bookings which means that they rush your waxing and last time did not go well with a lot of hair left or broken. The next day, I was told they could not fix this as the lady I booked did not have time. She offered me a small discount but if you spend 70 pounds, one would expect the problem to be resolved differently and not having to ‘ask’.
