I had a deep tissue massage for my back, shoulder and neck with Ripa. I left feeling relief, relaxed, light and with an improved posture. I wasn’t aware I had a lot of knots on my shoulder blades, which needed loosening, Ripa was great, will be booking in again with her in 2 weeks to aid improvement in my circulation and blood flow. And to also work on those knots.
