I emailed the team directly yesterday before submitting this review but haven't heard back yet. My most recent bikini wax was not a good experience. I left the salon a bit sore (as to be expected) and went home. The only comment from the beautician was that I had a lot of pimples. When I got home and took a look on my left side a piece of skin in my bikini line was flapping and bleeding. I have had to treat and dress the wound left behind and hope that it will heal before my holiday.
