I booked with Richard but got someone else who took 1h30min to do infills that have chipped off after 3rd day and the top coat is bubbling. Worst infills and quality which is shocking as I usually have a good experience in that salon

Again, wasn’t with Annie, but a male tech who did a great job. Very happy with the nails. I do wish there was an option to add things on via Treatwell (e.g. chrome) because it’s inconvenient having to pay extra at the salon. I do also think £10 extra for a small amount of chrome powder is excessive.
