I'm a relatively regular client here, but today the experience with having the gel removed from my toes wasn't great. I asked for them to be soaked off as the last time the machine was used to buff and file it off and my nail beds were really sore. This seemed to annoy the guy who did my nails for whatever reason. He removed the gel, leaving tiny bits on a few toes. I was told this was because my nails beds were dry. Filing was messy, lack of care and attention. Fixed it when I got home.
