I had a scheduled appt and arrived fifteen mins early, but they were very busy. When my appt time came, they had me wait a further 20 mins as they wanted to serve ‘walk-in’ customers before appts, which made me wonder why I arranged an appt. The general treatment by the staff with complete disregard- they did not show any personable kindness or friendliness. Had I not paid I would have left. I will not return.

I came in for a spa pedicure with gels nails and was very very happy with my treatment. The staff were welcoming and friendly, the salon is clean and modern and the treatment was carried out very thoroughly. Will definitely be coming back again!
