I had a scheduled appt and arrived fifteen mins early, but they were very busy. When my appt time came, they had me wait a further 20 mins as they wanted to serve ‘walk-in’ customers before appts, which made me wonder why I arranged an appt. The general treatment by the staff with complete disregard- they did not show any personable kindness or friendliness. Had I not paid I would have left. I will not return.
