Extremely rushed (whilst each tech tried to work on multiple customers simultaneously) and the nail techs tend to not listen to requests. Example: when I was asked if I wanted my nails trimmed, I requested for them to be cut very short. The tech did not listen and I had to request three more times. In the end, my nails were still not the length I requested. In previous bookings, I had similar issues with nail trimming as well as having more than 1 coat of shellac polish added.
