Normally have an amazing experience here but sadly this time I waited nearly an hour before anyone actually started on my nails. I got sat down on the pedicure chair after 25 mins waiting and then the woman just disappeared for half an hour.

I was slightly disappointed with the service as I am a loyal customer however I was not aware of the change in owners there was a lot going on in the salon and a lot of distractions which made the nail lady not focus on my nails properly so I had different nail lengths and not shaped to perfection I had sent an email about getting some money back as I think the price was not work the service I received that day however that have not replied to me
