25 min waiting time, 2nd time I had this happened, based on other reviews this is a regular thing. Need to decide whether they want to prioritize walk in or bookings as currently pretty bad customer experience. Had my nails done here 5 times now, good price so don’t expect fantastic quality, usually within a week it starts chipping.

Pedicure was good, specialist was a bit aggressive and I had to wait 10-15 min before getting seated for my appointment. Otherwise it was good for the price.
