Visited for the first time as a new London resident after reading positive Google reviews. I got BIAB for the first time and Katie was so patient with me, talking me through the differences from Gel, and the process/benefits. I also really appreciated that though I booked extensions, she said I didn’t really need them as BIAB will help my nails grow - so no intentional upselling. She took her time and care, and I’m so happy with the final outcome. I’ll be back! Note: it’s cash only.
