I never leave reviews, but I feel I have to after my experience this evening. The salon (if you could all it that) was horrible, with zero cleanliness levels. Whilst I was having my wax done two different people came into the room - one of them was a man. They then charged me extra, saying that their Brazilian wax didn't include underneath, which I've never heard of before. And to top it all off I have left with a cut, where you really don't want to have a cut. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Whilst the lady was a gem, I didn't really appreciate other people being brought into the same room as I to have their eyebrows threaded, a mere pink modesty curtain between us, and I didn't think the job was particularly thorough and I went home and plucked myself like a poussin. Due credit, as I don't think they were aware of my appointment until about 5 mins before I arrived and they were accommodating and very sweet. However, I paid a special price of £20, they said they normally charge about £35 which would have been outrageous for the service provided.

Nobody spoke to me for ages, when they realized I was waiting, they were quite polite. Made me pay before the wax then took me into a room that was really unclean, pulled a curtain down that did not reach the floor, I waited another 10 minutes before they started. Half way through other people came into the room and were having their eyebrows waxed, while I was in the middle of my bikini wax and the curtain did not reach the floor so you definitely see me. It was a really bad experience and would not recommend it for any intimate waxes. The lady was quite friendly and the wax wasn't too painful but it was very stressful
