I've been to this salon a few times as it's local & easy to book but I'll go another place in the future. The hairstylist didn't really speak English & couldn't understand what they said. The hair treatment used to be a lot more effective - either something has changed or they're cutting corner. It felt like I was having a face wash when they washed my hair. My ears were completely damp. The hairstylist were paying attention to other hairstylist while cutting my hair. Not a great experience :(

My first time at Fancy, and I am comfortable now that I have found a new local hairdresser. I left it down to the stylist to colour my hair as she thought necessary and was thrilled with the outcome. Could not be happier and look forward going again.
