Well, don't know where to begin. I was previously at Aveda in Wimbledon - and tired of coming out of the salon with black roots (my hair isn't black). Everytime I told them I wanted my hair colour to be in line with my length, they didn't do it. I gave Olsi a try and it is the best hair colour I have ever had. He is amazingly knowledgeable, I'm a very happy customer.
