The salon was very dirty and the smoke alarm constantly beeping .Don't understand why they can't change the battery, been like this for 1 month. The owners daughter called anout my booking and was extremely rude on the phone.

Wax was scalding hot, I had to tell the lady over and over again but still she couldn’t make the wax manageable, never had this issue before. Really painful and really unacceptable
