The waxing was overall ok, just fulled of wax when I finished.
What I disliked was the 'welcoming' by the staff member, almost rude. And the treatment was made in a hurry also if I arrived on time, maybe they had more than one booking very close one to the other.

I enjoyed my time at Fairmount spa. The staff were very welcoming and professional. My treatments were very good. I found my therapist made me feel relaxed and was very attentive for the whole 3-4 hours. Very good. I will try to go again.

Very friendly and welcoming staff! As soon as I entered the spa the manager explained to me in detail what would happen during the treatment and what to expect after the treatment! The treatment was very nice and beneficial for my skin and i feel really good
