The woman Maria who done my treatment, came in at least 30 minutes late past the appointment time on the first session, and I sat way over 1 hour the second time because of blatant overbooking. The second session she didn't even remember the treatment and pricing we agreed for my future treatments. Everybody and everything at the salon is unprofessional. Last interaction I had with Maria was her shouting and being condescending on the phone when I texted her in advance I couldn't make it. Avoid.
