Got there 20 minutes earlier and wasn't greeted by anyone. My turn came up 20 minutes behind schedule. Make-up itself was ok but didn't have that ''wow'' factor like when you go to Mac or Urban Decay to get your make-up done. I paid £65 for a glorious look which wasn't worth the money.

Not my first visit which says a lot. Wonderful, relaxing. Made my face look really nice and erased any trace of mum tired eyes. Just what I needed. Would really recommend.
