The facebar is within a hair salon so it is not exclusively for make up which provided a different ambience. The person who did my make-up was very kind and helpful and endeavoured to ensure I was happy with the result. I would have enjoyed it if she had been a bit more creative herself and had some ideas to share about what options were open to me as I don't have much knowledge of make-up styles.

Had a makeup tutorial and really enjoyed it. Got loads of great advice about colours, products and techniques. Had the opportunity to buy some of the products at the end but it wasn't a really full on sales pitch and they were pretty good value. Would go back.

I loved my eye makeup Nikki did today. I'm so sad I have to wash it off!! I had lots of compliments and felt great! Totally recommend it. Really great makeup that lasted all day and evening.

I was really happy with my makeup, my skin was glowing and wasn't too heavy which is often not the case with evening makeup. It was my first time getting my makeup done professionally and i was surprised that it took so long. However, it was worth it as my makeup stayed on all night, including the glitter on my eyes. Also, the makeup artist was responsive to what i wanted.
