Had a lovely experience at the salon initially and was happy with my lashes. However Gabi was not able to finish my lower lashes on the day due to not scheduling enough time for the procedure and we agreed that I’d come back the morning after to finish. The next day I came to find the salon closed and waited outside for ages. Gabi’s phone was switched off and I couldn’t reach her. She didn’t contact me after to apologise or reschedule. Won’t be back.
