Lovely place. Manicure was lovely and the therapist was great but I had a newer therapist for my pedicure and as someone who was very pregnant I found how she was trying to balance my feet uncomfortable and awkward & when i explained she didn't seem to understand.
The owner has since offered me a complementary pedicure after the baby arrives (I didn't even complain) via a follow-up call to say she heard my experience, so I think that shows they really want to look after their customers.
