Sam is exceptional, thorough, talented, reassuring and amazing. She is dedicated to doing a professional, perfect job. Believe me when I tell you that Sam is OBSESSED with hair removal, so she will do the perfect job on whatever part of your body requires it! She's polite and friendly, which instantly puts you at ease, and she's very knowledgeable too (about the types of hair removal and what's good for your skin). She is dedicated to removing ALL the hair and her waxing is quick yet painless.

It was a very relaxing experience. However, I was waiting for 10minutes and nobody mentioned how long it would be.Overall the head massage was relaxing, next time it would be good if it was a little more focused on the pressure points.
