Treatment began over 20 minutes late for no discernible reason, poor communication from staff, steamer wasn’t working so that part of the facial was left out completely. Would not pay £75 again

My second visit to the salon, welcomed with smiles and seen to straight away despite my early arrival!
Attention to detail is higher than I've ever experience before, on both visits, nails lasting for well over 3 weeks!
Entire atmosphere of salon was relaxing, sharing conversation between all staff and clients while Jade remained focused, precision not dropping even when it was closing time. Me being happy with my nails was their priority!
