I booked in for henna brows and eyelash lift and tint. When i arrived I was asked to sit in a chair whilst my eyebrows were threaded - not something I expected. After they had been threaded I was told I would have to pay an extra £10? During my treatment various staff members came into the room multiple times discussing lunch breaks etc which was hardly relaxing or professional.
