My gel manicure was pretty good. Happy with the results. However, the woman taking the bookings / managing the salon was very unwelcoming and rude. The booking system got my timings wrong (I booked 11am, but the system showed 10:45), so I was greeted with hostility and annoyance even after showing her my booking confirmation). I was also rushed to select a varnish colour (by the manager) and she didn't even look up when she said goodbye. Stressful atmosphere, but happy with my nails though!

Absolutely love Fab Beaut - have been going to the salon since it opened and don’t think you can beat it! Sam and the staff are great. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my nails and brows! Salon is gorgeous and super clean and has a great range of services - highly recommend the Elemis facial!

The massage therapist was welcoming and checked I was happy wth the massage pressure throughout. However, when I entered the therapy room she told me she was keeping her mobile phone in the room in order to use the timer. At several points throughout the massage it felt obvious she was picking up and using her phone to send messages. This made me feel undervalued as a customer and a little uneasy given her phone is likely to have a camera.
