I’m going to find another salon. The music is not remotely relaxing, why have massage music on a shop floor?! there is no privacy for threading appointments, the chat from other therapist and clients is not relaxing. The owner is male and I find it off putting having a sensitive subject ripped off my face with him 3 metres away. I don’t particularly want to hear about the other therapist and her lunch dilemma. but my last two appointments when threading my lip has been cut in the corner!

I accidentally booked the treatment without adding the removal on too, which was completely a mistake on my part, but they couldn’t fit it in, offer me a refund or even move the appointment to another time. I can’t begin to explain how disappointed I am. I have been a regular here for a long time and will now never return. They don’t care about their customers one bit.

The therapist was good, but I felt that she could communicate more, make me feel more comfortable - it would have been nice to be social, chat, I was worried she may not like her job and was not enjoying so my feet!
