Worst hydra facial I have received. Developed an eye infection the next day - now on antibiotics. Solution was directly rubbed into my eyes. Had to ask for cotton pads on two occasions to wipe my eyes due to the burning/stinging caused. I complained asking for a refund, never came across such poor customer care. The salon tried to argue that I opened my eyes during the facial, which is completely untrue. Unwilling to take blame and made up excuses. I’ve had no apology. Please go elsewhere!
