The manicure was excellent. The results of the brow lacquering didn't last well, but that may be because I have curly hair. The lash lift was curled up and back into my eyelids, rather than just 'up and out' to make your eyes look bigger.

Genuinely the worst pedi I’ve had done. Long, painful(!) and quality of paintwork left me mindblown. I had to push for a colleague to redo the work which they made so difficult. The rework was fine but overall experience took over 2 1/2 hours!

Worst waxing I’ve ever had. The therapist had no idea of what she was doing. I had to tell her what she should take off for a Brazilian waxing and still got home half waxed and with bits of wax all over the place. It’s shocking they charge £45 for a Brazilian and don’t make sure staff are able to do it. I’ve been a regular at this saloon but won’t be coming back after this
