The back massage I got from Denise was amazing ! I am a bit of a newbie to getting a massage and she made me feel very comfortable and at ease. She did such a fantastic massage! She worked through so many knots in my shoulders. She clearly knew how to read my back and checked in with me throughout with the intensity of pressure. I highly recommend :)

The massage was really good. In the end Kirsty did a deep tissue massage rather than a relaxing massage as after discussing it as this is what I chose (as I am currently training for a marathon and decided a deep tissue massage would be most beneficial). As far as deep tissue massage was concerned the massage was great. Kirsty was very thorough and though at times the massage was tender (because I had sore muscles on arrival) I felt much better the day after for having the massage.
