I called the salon to inform about lateness. They did not pick up the phone. They never contacted me. I arrived at the salon 20’ late, and I did not ask for the full treatment (take off shella, manicure & shellac). I asked for my 40’ left, and at least do the removal. When I arrived they told me they took another person already. I explained I paid for a service from 6 to 7pm. And they told me it was not possible, that if I wanted I had to wait until 7:30 for removal and I would have to pay agai

Sorry for TMI but I had a slightly ingrown toenail and I didn't feel like the pedicure woman knew what she was doing - she really wanted to cut it and I had to fight quite hard to get her to leave it. Nails looked great in the end though!
Other thing is, they don't have proper pedicure basins so you have to kind of support your legs/feet yourself otherwise they slide everywhere. Hard to describe! But it's not the most relaxing!
