Nails weren’t cut to the same length. They were shaped irregularly (I had to file again when I got home). Polish wasn’t put on evenly or down toward the cuticle enough. Overall a pretty poor manicure and not worth £40. They changed management recently and it hasn’t been as good since tbh. Manager is pretty mean. Oh, and they have a new “no refunds” policy taped to the door. Not a friendly vibe
