Welcoming, friendly, and efficient! For eyebrow threading I was in and out in 5 minutes which was perfect for me during a quick workday appointment! Haven't tried the other services but will be back thanks to the warm and welcoming atmosphere.

We booked for a pre wedding group. Manicure was perfunctory - really just a shape and polish. Some of the staff were lovely but overall we were made to feel rushed and that they were doing us a favour.
