More of a basic manicure than luxury, cuticles not fully removed and hard skin left around the nails. The nail gel was applied after hand cream which meant the gel peeled off each nail by the end of the day due to oil on the nails :(. Also, I was nearly made to wash my hands in a dirty foot spa that another customer had just had a pedicure in
