Unfortunately it did not go well. The therapist did not apply a base coat even though I asked as it is basic pedicure. Then it looked like she was not going to apply a top coat after applying the varnish! I asked to have that done and the more senior therapist applied it. They kind of apologised and admitted that a base coat should have been applied. We I left nothing was said, no apologies or anything. Actually the nail varnish has not been applied well and my nails are not even. Disaster

Michelle is amazing! This is the 2nd time I’ve seen here now and her massages are so good, I walk out like on clouds. She knows how to put enough pressure to release tension without it being painful. Highly recommend her!!
