I am very disappointed in my gel manicure and pedicure. I've come here a number of times and the last 2 occasions have been very disappointing.
The gel has completely peeled off my nail leading me to suspect that the OPI bottles are filled with something lesser cheaper.
Of the 2 occasions that I've had mani/pedis it hasn't been pleasant at all, cuticles cut so aggressively they bleed, feet scrapped in a manner that leaves them tender.
My nails haven't grown in the last few months and I can only attribute this to the poor quality of manicures I've been receiving.
This is such a shame as the salon is beautiful and appears to have a wide selection of 'OPI' gel colours.
I wouldn't recommend this place and this is coming from someone who's visited a number of times.

Probably one of the worst experiences i’ve had. Got nail polish on my actual fingers which stained and wasn’t tidied up. Only one finger doesn’t have smudges. Didn’t file or buff my thumb and then acted like I was wrong when I pointed it out. Constantly scratching around my finger when using the nail drill. Caught one finger with the nail drill and slightly tore my skin. Only came to this place because it was urgent before an event but I will not be recommending or returning.

The staff are very welcoming, friendly and efficient at their jobs. I enjoyed my time while I was there. It was relaxing and am very much going to visit regularly for mindfulness. I couldn’t decide what colours to get and love the suggested colour. I highly recommend. Thank you.
