I am afraid to say that it wasn't a great experience and I would not pay to return for the same treatment. I did not find the staff very welcoming or professional. I was left disappointed with the service too. You would probably expect to be offered a drink during the 1 1/2 hour stay, but that aside, the staff hardly spoke to me at all and just spoke to each other in their own language. The young man who carried out my treatment - pedicure and manicure, made one of my feet bleed and 3 of my fingers bleed! He was very short with me and just kept on telling me to relax - which I found quite difficult to do! I am sad to have to leave this comment, but now I am going on holiday with a cut to my left foot and 3 of my fingers. Also another member of staff was rolling cigarettes on the manicure table and left tobacco on the towel which was used during my manicure. The young man who did my treatment was on his phone as soon as he had put the nail dryer on and he wasn't even there to say goodbye when I left.
