Probably one of my worst hairdressing experiences. I was greeted and dealt with straight away - hairdresser seemed very nice. However, the washing of my hair was vigorous and her long nail extensions scratched my head to pieces. Normally I get a little head massage, or it's at least relaxing. She was then agressively brushing it, and then seemed surprised when I had red patches on my scalp - she thought I'd had an allergic reaction to something! The cut was fine. When she started blow drying it, the top of my hair looked really greasy and clumpy. She could see this too and looked a tad embarrassed. She asked me to wait 15mins whilst she finished someone else off and said she'd wash it again. After washing it again it was even worse. She had used extra thickening colour protect shampoo and conditioner on non-coloured very thick hair. My hair has never gone so clumpy and greasy like that after a wash. I was slightly concerned it had been burnt with the blow dry! She tried to find alternative shampoo and conditioner but she had nothing for normal hair! After being in there over an hour for a simple wash and dry, I just said I'd go home and wash it so left with wet greasy hair. I have never gone in to a hairdresser looking worse than when I went in!

Aga was amazing and fixed up a really bad haircut I had had elsewhere. Her head massages are just divine. I will definitely be back. I keep returning to euphoria time and time again. I just wish they opened on Sunday's. X

The service and cleanliness and friendliness was top class, I paid £20 for half leg wax and underarm wax this would normally be £25 plus and I booked it on the day very last minute! I was very happy with the value for money as well! Will visit again no doubt ; )

Was slightly apprehensive, as going to a new place that hadn't cut my hair before. I must say though, Aga cut my hair perfect. She made me feel super welcome, and i won't hesitate to rebook in a few months time to have it re cut their.
