Bought as a birthday present for my mum and I really wish I had paid a bit more and booked somewhere else. They didn't make her feel welcome, as soon as she arrived they said her hair was too long and she had to pay another £35 (her hair is thin and by her ears... to me that's short, maybe some clarification is needed before you book) and after battling with them they finally agreed to do it for the pre-booked price. She felt awkward the whole way through and it didn't feel like a treat at all. Shame, because I was thinking of booking the same treatment for myself but I think I'll take my business elsewhere.

She burnt my hair in the dyeing! I not back to this salon ever again!. Now I know why there so cheap! 1111111111111111111
Simple book process. Lovely staff but could add a little scalp massage to conditioning treatment.
Hair was vet static after wash/dry....more than likely my hair not the experience.
Would return! 😊
