My apple ointment was rescheduled 15 mins before it was due to start. I arrived at the rescheduled time and the shop was shut. Laurie didn’t arrive for another 15 mins. There was little apology or communication. She spent the whole time talking to her friend, and left my nails soaking, without telling me where she was going or for how long, to do her friends appointment, and spent ages talking about how she thought she had COVID. wasn’t very comforting

Had my hair done by Tristan and I had a lovely experience. Was given some great tips as well for looking after my hair that I hadn't had before so was happy with that. Will be back again!
