Although it says one hour it’s not until you get in the chair you are told it’s actually only 30 minutes. I don’t really know the difference between the normal facial and luxury as it was pretty basic and the same time. The salon is also a hairdresser and nail salon with overwhelming nail products fumes and is pretty loud even with music on so it’s hard to fully relax. I was also left is gritty exfoliator all over my hands and arms for the rest of my day. Very uncomfortable. Overall 3 star
