Terrible service. The salon is closed on bank holidays but the Treatwell app allowed me to book an appointment anyway,I received a email confirmation and a reminder two days before.When I got there I called the salon and the lady was beyond rude and treated me like I should know they were closed on a bank holiday. The customer service is zero
