When I arrived the owner seemed to have no idea I had booked an appointment so was kept waiting for around half an hour. Hair wash and hair cut were fine. I had booked a "cut and wash" and at the end someone blow dried my hair. I did not ask for a blow dry which took 40 minutes, was painful and the stylist did not ask me how I wanted it. I did not ask for my hair to be styled at all, thus I assumed it was included with the wash & cut I had booked. It was not and I was then charged an additional £15 (£35 total) for a blow dry I didn't even want or like.
