I usually prefer not say anything than give a negative review but in this case, I feel I must speak up. I booked a haircut on the basis of the high ratings and enthusiastic comments but my experience was polar opposite.
I canāt list the details as itās space limited but: surly younger girl, bare friendliness and uneven haircut (which I only discovered after my hair has settled down after the blow dry. I had to trim one side myself it was so obvious).

This was my first visit to Etnika Hair and this is the happiest I've been with my highlights in years! The stylist took so much care to get the colour right and to make sure it was consistent for the full head. Super happy with the results and I'll definitely book my next highlights there.
