Horrible experience and the first time in my life walking out of a salon mid treatment. I really tried to be polite, even wrote ahead explaining that I have a sensitive scalp. She pulled so much of my hair off and when I repeatedly told her how painful it was, she told me to be quiet and let her do her job. She kept my bags hostage at her salon until I paid for the full amount (even for services I didn’t receive) and I am yet to receive a refund.
