Dangerously unprofessional. Started late, wax unprepared, chaotic room with melting plastic pots, wax spills, practitioner searching for supplies. Hollywood applied as one mass. Hot wax dropped on my most sensitive area causing a burn - left in tears. After an hour: incomplete Hollywood, partial leg only. Left with wax on skin, most legs unwaxed, painful injury. Paid full price for unsafe, incomplete service. Do not recommend.
