No heat protection used. The blowdry was okay however I had the same comb and hair brush used on me from the last customer and no sign of sanitisation.

She did a good job at the haircut. However there was no heat protectant or sanitisation available. Cleanliness was an issue - no sanitisation of products used (scissors or hairbrushes).

The waxing was very comfortable and it was not painful. Very bearable and Anjali was vey calmly doing it. I would like to revisit for sure.
